  "last name" + "first initial" + "last 4 digits of TSU student ID"
  

  Example: John Doe (T00001234) Username = doej1234

  
  Password Format

  "Birth Date" (birth date is in the 6 digit  MMDDYY format)
  

  Example: birth date is 01/01/1988: Password = 010188
